My Ring Doesn't fit! What do I do? 

If you ordered a ring and your ring is too tight or too loose, you have 1 free exchange on us. After that if you wish to exchange again, you would need to pay the shipping back to us as well as the shipping of the new ring back to you. 

Do you Ship to International Customers?

As of now we are only shipping to the U.S. but we do have plans to ship worldwide in the not so distant future. Make sure you sign up for our email list in order to stay up to date of any updates we may have.

Can I return my ring if I don’t like it?

We offer a 30 day satisfaction guaranteed on all of our rings. If you don’t like it or don’t feel it’s the one that expresses your personality, don’t sweat it! Just send it right back and we will refund your money. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and you must send it back within 30 days of the date of delivery. We will charge a small $25 restocking fee for any returned rings. Exchanges don’t incur a restocking fee.

Rings on the “On Sale” Page and all ring sizers are all final sales and are not eligible for a refund. On sale page rings are eligible for an exchange if sizes are in stock.

Is my Ring Covered Under Warranty ?

We offer a FREE 1 year limited warranty on all of our rings. Please review our warranty terms and conditions for any exceptions to our warranty.

I Ordered The Wrong Ring. Can I Cancel?

If your order has not shipped yet, write an email to customersupport@haloringsstore.com and we will do our best to cancel the order. If your order has already shipped, it would fall under our exchange /return policy.

Are Your Wood and Ring Antler Rings Waterproof?

Our Ring Antler and Wood rings are sealed to protect the ring from moisture but they are not meant to be used in the shower. They can withstand some moisture or water, but if you shower with them, they can expand and ruin

I received my Ring Sizer, what do I do now?

After receiving you Ring sizer, measure you size throughout the day (morning, afternoon, night) and get your size. If you size changes throughout the day by more than 1 size and a half, write us an email at customersupport@haloringsstore.com and we will assist you in getting your correct size. Always make sure you measure your finger at normal temperature and not after going to the gym, or bathing at the pool. Make sure your body is cool in order to get the correct size.
